Sarah Fowle Telfair Donation to the North Carolina Archives

Margaret White and I found this autograph book a few years ago. I scanned the book, but we were unsure of the origins. With the help of the NC Archives, they identified the document belonging to Sarah Fowle Telfair.

  1. Thank you so much for calling attention to this wonderful donation to the State Archives of North Carolina, Private Manuscripts Unit. You are doing a commendable job with this great family website and in donating for permanent safekeeping and preservation (and access for all), the original materials in your possession. I encourage all extended family members to add to the holdings of the State Archives, via the Private Manuscripts Archivist.
